The Cinch 105-2210-201 is a vertical test jack designed for PCB mounting. It is a female tip jack with solder termination, insulated with blue nylon 6/6 body. The contact is made of beryllium copper with silver finish. It accepts standard tip plugs of 0.080 in (2.00 mm) diameter. Electrical ratings include a current rating of 5 amps and a breakdown voltage of 3500 Vrms minimum. Contact resistance is 0.005 ohms maximum for gold finish and 0.010 ohms for silver. Capacitance between adjacent jacks is 1 pF maximum at 1 MHz. The jack is vertical mount, suitable for compact PCB layouts. The spring-loaded lead holds the board securely, and the contact is protected from flux and solder during assembly. The nylon body is UL approved for self-extinguishing. This part is commonly used in test and measurement equipment, as well as harsh environment applications.
