The Cinch 105-1102-001 is a horizontal miniature tip jack designed for through-hole mounting. The red nylon 6/6 body provides mating end insulation and is UL rated for self-extinguishing. The contact is made of copper aluminum alloy with silver plating, offering low contact resistance of 0.010 ohms maximum. This tip jack is rated for 5 amps continuous current and has a minimum breakdown voltage of 2100 Vrms. Adjacent jack capacitance is limited to 1 pF maximum at 1 MHz. It accepts standard tip plugs with 0.080 inch (2.00 mm) diameter. The design protects the contact from flux and solder during assembly, and allows probe access from both ends. Termination is via solder to the PCB.
