The Cinch 105-0757-001 is a female tip jack connector designed for through-hole mounting in both horizontal and vertical orientations. It accepts a standard 2.00 mm diameter tip plug and features a mating end insulated design to protect the contact from flux and solder during assembly.
Electrical ratings include a current capacity of 5 amps and a minimum breakdown voltage of 2100 Vrms. Contact resistance is 0.010 ohms maximum for the silver-plated version, and adjacent jack capacitance is 1 pF maximum at 1 MHz. The contact is made of copper aluminum alloy, a material that meets or exceeds beryllium copper performance for this application.
The body is molded from Nylon 6/6 per ASTM D4066, which is UL approved for self-extinguishing properties. The connector is available in a yellow color and uses a solder termination type. Probe access is possible from both ends or the top, making it suitable for test and measurement applications.
