ZY9.1 is a 9.1V zener diode from Diotec Semiconductor with a maximum power dissipation of 2W. It is part of the ZY series of non-planar technology zener diodes covering voltages from 1V to 200V.
Electrical characteristics include a zener voltage tolerance of ±5%, reverse leakage current of 1µA maximum at 3.5V, and a maximum impedance (Zzt) of 2Ω. Non-repetitive peak power can reach 60W for pulses under 1ms.
Thermal characteristics: operating junction temperature range -50°C to 150°C, storage temperature -50°C to 175°C. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is less than 45K/W (leads at 10mm from case). The device is housed in a DO-204AC/DO-41 axial lead package for through-hole mounting.
