The ZY24 is a 24V Zener diode manufactured by Diotec Semiconductor, designed for voltage stabilization and regulation applications. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 24V with a tolerance of ±5%, and a power dissipation rating of 2W. The diode features a maximum impedance of 7Ω, a reverse leakage current of 1µA at 12V reverse voltage, and a non-repetitive peak power capability of 60W for pulses under 1ms.
