The ZXMS81045SPQ-13 is a high-side N-channel power distribution switch designed for general purpose load switching applications. It operates over a supply voltage range of 5V to 28V and can deliver a nominal load current of 4A. The device features a typical on-resistance of 34mΩ and a maximum of 90mΩ at 150°C junction temperature. It includes a current sense ratio of 1200 and a standby current of only 0.5µA at 25°C. The switch provides fixed current limiting, over-temperature, over-voltage, and short-circuit protection, with auto-restart and slew rate controlled switching. The device is housed in an 8-SOIC package with exposed pad (8-SO-EP) for surface mount assembly.
