The Diodes Incorporated ZXMS6004FFQTA is a self-protected low-side IntelliFET MOSFET designed for use with 3.3V or 5V microcontrollers. It offers a continuous drain-source voltage of 60V and a nominal load current of 1.3A at 5V input.
This MOSFET integrates overtemperature, overcurrent, overvoltage (active clamp), and ESD protection. It is suitable for harsh environments and applications requiring ruggedness beyond standard MOSFETs. Key electrical characteristics include a typical on-state resistance of 350mOhm and a clamping energy of 90mJ.
The ZXMS6004FFQTA is ideal for loads with high in-rush currents, such as lamps and motors, as well as resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads in switching applications. It is also suitable for μC compatible power switching in 12V and 24V DC systems and can replace electromechanical relays and discrete circuits.
Packaged in a compact SOT-23F surface-mount package, it features logic-level input and auto-restart protection for short circuits, thermal shutdown, and overvoltage conditions. The device is automotive rated, lead-free, and halogen-free.
