The JST ZPDR-20V-S is a 20 position, 2 row, 1.5mm pitch female socket connector housing from the ZPD series. It is designed for free hanging (in-line) mounting and features a secure latch lock fastening type. The housing is made of PBT material with a UL94V-0 flammability rating and comes in a natural color.
Electrical specifications include a current rating of 2A AC/DC (AWG #24) and a voltage rating of 100V AC/DC. Contact resistance is 30 mΩ maximum initial and 60 mΩ maximum after environmental testing. Insulation resistance is 500 MΩ minimum, and withstanding voltage is 500V AC/minute. The operating temperature range is -25°C to 85°C.
The connector accepts crimp contacts and is compatible with wire sizes AWG #28 to #24 with insulation O.D. of 0.8 to 1.2mm. Contacts are made of copper alloy with tin-plating. This housing is RoHS compliant.
