The ZMM13 is a planar Zener diode from Diotec Semiconductor's ZMM series, offering a nominal Zener voltage of 13V with a tolerance of ±5% (E24 standard). Designed for surface mount assembly, it comes in the compact SOD-80C (MiniMELF) glass package. The device can dissipate up to 500mW of power, making it suitable for voltage stabilization and regulation in low-power circuits.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum impedance of 26Ω at the Zener test current, and a reverse leakage current of 100nA at a reverse voltage of 10V. The junction can operate from -50°C up to 175°C, with a storage temperature range matching the operating range. The junction-to-ambient thermal resistance is typically 300K/W.
