The ZLLS400TA is a 40V surface-mount Schottky barrier diode from Diodes Incorporated, housed in a compact SOD323 package. It offers a high-current capability of 520mA with a low forward voltage of 500mV at 400mA, and extremely low reverse leakage of 10µA at 30V. This combination makes it suitable for efficient operation at higher temperatures above +85°C. Applications include DC-DC converters, mobile telecoms, charging circuits, and motor controls. The diode features fast switching with a reverse recovery time of 3ns and low equivalent on-resistance. It is fully RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free. The SOD323 package is surface-mountable and rated for operating temperatures up to 150°C. The device is available in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel.
