The ZLLS350TA is a 40V low leakage Schottky diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for applications requiring low forward voltage and fast switching. It offers a continuous forward current rating of 380 mA and a maximum DC blocking voltage of 40 V.
Electrical characteristics include a typical forward voltage of 395 mV at 30 mA and 650 mV at 275 mA. Reverse leakage current is typically 0.15 µA at 30 V. The device is capable of handling non-repetitive forward current surges up to 6.0 A for less than 100 µs.
