The ZLLS2000TA from Diodes Incorporated is a 40V, 2.2A Schottky barrier diode designed for high-frequency rectification and reverse voltage protection. It is housed in a compact SOT-23-6 surface-mount package and offers a low forward voltage drop of 540mV maximum at 2A forward current, contributing to high efficiency in power conversion circuits.
This diode features a fast reverse recovery time of 6ns, making it suitable for switching applications in DC-DC converters, charging circuits, and motor controls. The device is rated for a maximum junction temperature of 150°C and has a thermal resistance of 113°C/W junction-to-ambient. It can handle a non-repetitive peak forward current of 36A for pulses up to 100μs.
The ZLLS2000TA is fully RoHS3 compliant, lead-free with matte tin termination finish, and halogen and antimony free (green device). It is moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020 and is packaged in tape and reel with 3000 units per reel.
