The ZLLS1000TA from Diodes Incorporated is a high-current, low-leakage Schottky rectifier diode designed for general-purpose power switching and DC-DC converter applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 40 V and a continuous forward current rating of 1.16 A.
Key electrical characteristics include a typical forward voltage of 560 mV at 1 A forward current, a fast reverse recovery time of 5 ns, and a junction capacitance of 28 pF at 30 V reverse bias. The device can handle repetitive peak forward currents up to 2.6 A and non-repetitive surges up to 22 A.
The ZLLS1000TA is housed in a SOT23-3 surface-mount package with matte tin terminals over an Alloy 42 leadframe. It is rated for operation up to +150°C junction temperature and has a storage temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
The device is fully RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and qualified to AEC-Q101 high reliability standards. An automotive variant, ZLLS1000QTA, is also available under a separate datasheet.
