The ZHCS750TA is a surface mount Schottky barrier diode from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for high efficiency applications such as DC-DC converters and mobile telecommunications. The diode offers a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and an average rectified current of 750mA. Its low forward voltage of 490mV at 750mA minimizes power loss. The device features fast recovery with a typical reverse recovery time of 12ns. It is housed in a compact SOT23-3 package, suitable for automated assembly.
