The ZHCS350QTA is a 40V surface-mount Schottky barrier diode from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for low voltage, high frequency applications such as DC-DC converters, charger circuits, LED drivers, and MOSFET voltage protection. With an average rectified current of 510mA and a continuous forward current of 350mA, it provides efficient power conversion. The low forward voltage of 405mV typical at 100mA reduces conduction losses. The diode also features a fast reverse recovery time of 1.6ns and low reverse leakage current of 7µA at 30V. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications. It is packaged in a low profile SOD-523 package with a height of 0.9mm, suitable for space-constrained designs.
