The ZHCS2000TA is a 40V, 2A Schottky barrier diode from Diodes Incorporated. It offers a maximum forward voltage of 500mV at 2A and a typical reverse recovery time of 5.5ns. The device has a typical capacitance of 50pF at 25V and 1MHz, making it suitable for high frequency rectification.
