The Mini-Circuits ZFDC-20-4L is a 50 Ohm RF directional coupler designed for wideband applications from 10 MHz to 1000 MHz. It offers a nominal coupling of 20.2 dB with a mainline loss of only 0.2 dB typical.
This coupler exhibits excellent directivity, rated at 30 dB typical, and a VSWR of 1.1:1 typical. It can handle an input power of up to 10W. The operating and storage temperature range is -55°C to 100°C.
