The Zilog Z8E00110SSC is a feature-rich, one-time programmable (OTP) microcontroller from the Z8Plus MCU family. It offers a cost-effective solution for applications requiring powerful I/O capabilities and on-chip timers.
This 8-bit microcontroller operates at speeds up to 10MHz and features 1KB of on-chip OTP EPROM memory and 64 bytes of general-purpose registers (SRAM).
