The JST YLR-02V is a 2-position receptacle housing from the YL series of disconnectable crimp-style wire-to-wire connectors. It features a 4.50mm pitch and a single-row configuration, making it suitable for compact wiring applications. The housing is designed for free-hanging (in-line) mounting and uses a latch holder fastening type for secure mating.
Electrical ratings include 10 A AC/DC current (derated to 7 A when secondary retainers are mounted) and 300 V AC/DC voltage. The operating temperature range is -25°C to +90°C, including temperature rise. Contact resistance is 7 mΩ maximum initial, and insulation resistance is 1,000 MΩ minimum. The housing withstands 1,500 VAC for one minute.
The YLR-02V accepts wire sizes from AWG 26 to 16 and accommodates panel thicknesses from 0.7 to 2.0 mm. The housing is white in color and is recognized under standards E60389, certified LR20812, and R9351052. It is RoHS2 compliant.
The YLR-02V has 2 positions in a single row.
The pitch is 4.50 mm (0.177 inches).
