The Brady XSL-30-427 is a self-laminating vinyl label designed for wire and cable identification. It features a white printable zone and a translucent over-laminating area that protects printed text from abrasion and chemicals. The label measures 0.75 inches wide by 1.50 inches long (19.1 mm x 38.1 mm) and is made of thermal transfer printable vinyl with a permanent acrylic adhesive. Physical properties include a total thickness of 0.102 mm, adhesion to stainless steel of 42 N/100 mm after 20 minutes and 54 N/100 mm after 24 hours, and adhesion to polypropylene of 28 N/100 mm and 36 N/100 mm respectively.
