XQV100-4PQ240N

The Xilinx XQV100-4PQ240N is a high-performance, high-capacity Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) belonging to the QPro Virtex family. It features 108.904K logic gates and 2700 cells, operating at a maximum frequency of 250MHz.

Built on an aggressive 0.22um 5-layer metal CMOS process, this FPGA delivers flexible and powerful programmable logic solutions.
