The JST XHP-3 is a rectangular connector housing designed for wire-to-board applications. It has 3 positions in a single row with a 2.50mm pitch. The housing is a receptacle type and accepts female socket contacts via crimp termination. It is rated for 3A current and 250V voltage, with a contact resistance of 10mΩ initial and insulation resistance of 1000MΩ minimum. The withstanding voltage is 1000V for one minute. Operating temperature range is -25°C to 85°C. The housing is free-hanging (in-line) and comes in natural color. It accepts wire sizes AWG 28 to 22 with insulation diameter 1.5mm to 1.9mm. The design includes a box-shaped shrouded header for secure mating. RoHS3 compliance is indicated but unverified.
