The Omron XG4H-1431 is a 14-position board-to-board receptacle from the XG4 series, designed for MIL-C-83503 compliant interconnections. The connector features dual rows with a 2.54mm pitch and 2.54mm row spacing, accommodating standard ribbon cable or header mating. Through hole solder termination ensures reliable mechanical attachment and electrical connection on PCBs.
Electrical ratings include 3A current capacity per contact and 300VAC voltage rating. The contact resistance is 20 mΩ maximum (at 20 mV, 100 mA), with insulation resistance of 1000 MΩ minimum at 500 VDC. The dielectric strength withstands 500 VAC for 1 minute. Operating temperature range spans -55°C to 105°C, suitable for industrial environments.
The housing is molded from UL94 V-0 rated black thermoplastic. Contacts are tin plated with 5.90µin (0.150µm) thickness. A polarizing key prevents mis-mating, and the latch holder fastening provides secure retention. Mated stacking heights of 9.7mm or 10.1mm are achievable. The connector supports up to 50 insertion/removal cycles with insertion force 1.96 N maximum per contact and removal force 0.39 N minimum.
