The Omron XF3A-1255-41A is a 12-position FPC connector with a 0.3mm pitch, designed for surface mount right angle mounting. It features a rotary backlock mechanism for secure FPC retention and a low profile height of 0.6 mm above board, making it suitable for compact electronic assemblies. The connector uses gold-plated contacts (0.15 μm) over a nickel substrate (2 μm) on a spring copper alloy, ensuring reliable electrical performance. The housing and slider are made of halogen-free Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Electrical ratings include 50 V AC/DC and 0.2 A AC/DC, with contact resistance of 80 mΩ maximum and insulation resistance of 100 MΩ minimum. The operating temperature range is -30°C to 85°C. The connector is RoHS compliant and halogen free per Omron's standard. It is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging.
