The Omron XF2M-3615-1A is a 36-position FPC connector with a 0.5mm pitch, designed for surface mount right angle mounting. It features a rotary backlock locking mechanism for secure FPC retention and a tactile confirmation of proper connection. The connector accepts FPC/FFC cables with a thickness of 0.30mm and has dual-sided contacts (top and bottom) for reliable electrical connection.
Electrical ratings include a voltage rating of 50V and a current rating of 0.5A AC/DC. Contact resistance is 50 mΩ maximum, insulation resistance is 100 MΩ minimum, and dielectric withstanding voltage is 250V AC for 1 minute. The operating temperature range is -30°C to 85°C.
The housing and actuator are made from halogen-free liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Contacts are copper alloy with gold finish. The connector is RoHS compliant and REACH unaffected.
