XC3142A-4PQ100C

The Xilinx XC3142A-4PQ100C is a high-performance, high-density digital integrated circuit belonging to the XC3000 Series FPGAs. Its user-programmable array architecture is composed of configuration program storage, I/O Blocks (IOBs), Configurable Logic Blocks (CLBs), and interconnection resources.

This FPGA features 3K Gates, 144 Cells, and can operate at a frequency of 227MHz with a 5V supply voltage. It offers an output sink and source current of 8mA, and a maximum power-down and quiescent current of 5mA.
