The XARP-03V is a rectangular connector housing from JST designed for wire-to-wire applications. It has 3 positions arranged in a single row with a 2.50mm pitch, making it suitable for compact wiring harnesses. The housing is a receptacle type that accepts female socket contacts terminated via crimping. It features a latch lock fastening mechanism for secure mating.
Electrically, the housing supports a current rating of 10A (AC/DC) and a voltage rating of 250V (AC/DC). Contact resistance is 10mΩ initial (max 20mΩ after environmental testing), with insulation resistance of 1000MΩ minimum. The withstanding voltage is 1500V AC for one minute. The housing is designed for free hanging (in-line) mounting and has a mounting height of 12.0mm and thickness of 7.0mm. It accepts wire gauges AWG 28 to 16 and supports a PC board thickness of 1.6mm. The housing is made of natural-colored insulating material and is RoHS3 compliant.
