The X3C09P2-30S is a low-profile, high-performance 30 dB directional coupler manufactured by ANAREN MICROWAVE INC. It is designed for AMPS, GSM, WCDMA, and LTE band applications, making it suitable for power and frequency detection, as well as VSWR monitoring.
This coupler features a wide operating frequency range of 800-1000 MHz with a mean coupling of 30 dB. It boasts very low insertion loss, with a maximum of 0.10 dB, and high directivity up to 20 dB. The device can handle high power applications up to 225 Watts CW at 95°C.
Manufactured using materials with coefficients of thermal expansion compatible with common substrates like FR4 and polyimide, the X3C09P2-30S is produced with a RoHS compliant tin immersion finish. It is available in a manufacturing-friendly surface mount package and is supplied on tape and reel.
The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The coupler has an orientation marker to denote Pin 1, and for optimum performance, Pins 1 or 2 are recommended as inputs.
