The Xicor X20C16JI-55 is a 2K x 8 Non-Volatile RAM (NOVRAM) that combines a high-speed static RAM with a nonvolatile electrically erasable PROM (E2PROM). This integration is achieved through an overlaid bit-for-bit structure, enhanced by the AUTOSTORE feature which automatically saves RAM contents to E2PROM during power-down.
Fabricated using advanced CMOS floating gate technology, the X20C16JI-55 offers high speed with low power consumption and a wide power-supply margin. It supports access times of 35ns, 45ns, and 55ns, making it suitable for various applications requiring fast data access and nonvolatile storage.
