The MinebeaMitsumi WML-C95 is a small-sized Bluetooth® Ver. 4.1 HCI module featuring a built-in antenna. It is compliant with Bluetooth® Ver. 4.1 specifications and is certified for TELEC and FCC. This module is designed for a wide operating temperature range, from -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for demanding applications such as in-car hands-free equipment and data communication.
The module supports both Bluetooth® (BDR, EDR) and Bluetooth® LE. For BDR/EDR, it operates in the 2.402GHz to 2.480GHz frequency band with an output power of 0 dBm (Typical) and Class 2 rating. Modulation options include GFSK, PI/4-DQPSK, and 8DPSK, with data rates up to 3Mbps. The host interface supports UART (BluetoothHCI), PCM, or I2S.
