The W7100-S2E-100 is a serial device server module that combines an 8051-compatible microcontroller core with a hardwired TCP/IP protocol stack and an embedded 10BaseT/100BaseTX Ethernet PHY. It features 64KB SRAM, 64KB Flash memory, 2KB Boot ROM, and 255 bytes of Data Flash. The hardwired TCP/IP core supports TCP, UDP, ICMP, IPv4, ARP, IGMP, and PPPoE protocols across 8 independent hardware sockets, with 32KB of dedicated internal memory for packet processing.
