Designed for flexibility, the W29C020CP90B can be programmed and erased in-system using a standard 5V power supply or via standard EPROM programmers. It includes features such as two 8KB boot blocks with lockout, software and hardware data protection, and automatic write timing with internal VPP generation. End of write detection is available through toggle bit or data polling.

 

This flash memory is available in a 32-pin PLCC package, suitable for surface mounting. It operates within a voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and an ambient temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. The device consumes low power, with an active current of 25mA typical and a standby current of 20μA typical.
