The W04G is a single phase glass passivated bridge rectifier from On Semiconductor, part of the W005G-W10G series. It is designed for printed circuit board mounting in a through hole WOB (4-Circular) package.
Key electrical ratings include a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 400V, maximum RMS bridge input voltage of 280V, and average rectified current of 1.5A at 50°C ambient. The device can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 50A (8.3 ms single half-sine-wave) and has a maximum forward voltage drop of 1.0V at 1.0A. Reverse leakage is 5 µA at 25°C and 500 µA at 125°C.
