The Hirose W.FL-R-SMT-1(10) is a surface mount coaxial receptacle from the ultra-compact W.FL series. It features a male pin center contact, 50 Ohm impedance, and supports frequencies from DC to 6 GHz with a maximum VSWR of 1.3 up to 3 GHz and 1.4 from 3 to 6 GHz. The connector uses a snap-on fastening mechanism and is designed for a nominal mated height of 1.4 mm or 1.65 mm.

 

Electrical performance includes a contact resistance of 20 mOhm max for the center contact and 10 mOhm max for the outer contact, insulation resistance of 500 MOhm min at 100 V DC, and withstanding voltage of 200 V AC for one minute. The receptacle is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +90°C and storage from -30°C to +70°C.

 

The connector is constructed with a brass center contact and a black housing. It is terminated via solder for both the contact and shield, and is compatible with automatic placement equipment using tape-and-reel packaging. The W.FL series is halogen-free as defined by IEC61249-2-21.
