The Vishay VTVS15ASMF-M3-08 is a 400W TransZorb transient voltage suppressor diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 15.1V and a maximum clamping voltage of 25V at a peak pulse current of 15.47A (10/1000μs waveform). The device offers excellent ESD immunity with ±30kV contact and air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2.
This unidirectional TVS diode is housed in a low-profile DO-219AB (SMF) surface mount package measuring 3.9mm x 1.9mm with a maximum height of 1.08mm. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C and is RoHS3 compliant with halogen-free molding compound (UL 94 V-0). The part is supplied on 7" reels in quantities of 3000 pieces.
