The VS-MUR1520-M3 is an ultrafast recovery rectifier from Vishay's FRED Pt family, designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It delivers 15 A average rectified forward current with a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200 V.
Key electrical characteristics include a typical forward voltage of 0.85 V at 15 A and 150 °C junction temperature, and a maximum forward voltage of 1.05 V at 25 °C. The device offers a typical reverse recovery time of 35 ns, enabling low switching losses in high-frequency circuits. Maximum reverse leakage current is 10 µA at 25 °C and 500 µA at 150 °C.
