The Vishay VS-E5PH7512L-N3 is a 75 A, 1200 V hyperfast rectifier from the FRED Pt G5 series, designed for high efficiency power conversion. It features a typical forward voltage of 1.85 V at 125 °C and an ultra-fast reverse recovery time of 40 ns, enabling low switching losses in hard-switched and resonant topologies.
