The VS-E5PH6012L-N3 is a 60 A, 1200 V hyperfast rectifier from Vishay's FRED Pt G5 series. It features a typical forward voltage of 1.7 V at 125°C and a reverse recovery time of 38 ns, enabling low conduction and switching losses. Designed for high-frequency converters, it is particularly suited for power factor correction (PFC) and output rectification stages in EV/HEV battery charging stations, solar inverter boost stages, and UPS applications.
