The VS-E5PH3006L-N3 is a hyperfast rectifier diode from Vishay's FRED Pt G5 series. It is designed for high-speed switching applications requiring low conduction and switching losses. The device is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified forward current of 30A at a case temperature of 123°C with a duty cycle of 0.50.
