The VS-60APU06-N3 is a 60A, 600V ultrafast soft recovery diode from Vishay, part of the FRED Pt family. It is designed for high frequency power conditioning systems where reduced losses and EMI/RFI are critical. The diode offers a maximum forward voltage of 1.68V at 60A and 25°C, with typical values dropping to 1.11V at 175°C. Reverse recovery time is 45ns maximum (34ns typical) under standard test conditions. Junction capacitance is 39pF at 600V. The device is rated for continuous forward current of 60A at case temperature 116°C, and can handle non-repetitive peak forward current of 600A.
