The VS-40CPQ060-N3 is a high performance Schottky rectifier array from Vishay, featuring two 20A diodes in a common cathode configuration. It is designed for very low forward voltage drop, with a typical forward voltage of 0.49V at 20A per leg and 125°C junction temperature. The device supports a maximum junction temperature of 150°C and offers a non-repetitive surge current capability of 3200A (5μs sine) and 320A (10ms sine).
This rectifier is optimized for high frequency operation and includes a guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability. It is encapsulated in high purity, high temperature epoxy for enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance. The part is qualified according to JEDEC-JESD 47.
