The VS-3EGU06-M3/5BT is an ultrafast rectifier diode from Vishay's FRED Pt® family, designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600 V and an average rectified forward current of 3 A at a case temperature of 110 °C. The forward voltage is a maximum of 1.35 V at 3 A and 25 °C, and a typical/reduced 0.99 V at 150 °C.
With a typical reverse recovery time of 41 ns, this diode minimizes switching losses in high-frequency applications. Its maximum operating junction temperature of 175 °C supports demanding thermal environments. The device is housed in a standard DO-214AA (SMB) surface-mount package with matte tin plated terminals, a cathode band polarity mark, and a halogen-free molding compound rated UL 94 V-0.
