The Vishay Dale VOS617A-2X001T is an optocoupler featuring a GaAs infrared emitting diode coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor. It is housed in a 4-pin SSOP-4 mini-flat package with a 50 mil lead pitch, suitable for surface mounting.
This device offers a high isolation test voltage of 3750 VRMS and a high collector emitter voltage of 80V. It provides a high current transfer ratio (CTR) of 63% minimum at 5 mA input current, with a maximum CTR of 125% at the same input current. The Vce saturation is a maximum of 400mV.
