The CUI Inc. VOF-85-15 is an open frame AC DC converter designed for commercial ITE applications. It delivers a single 15 Vdc output at up to 5.7 A, providing 85W of continuous power.
It operates from a universal input voltage range of 90 to 277 Vac at 47-63 Hz. Typical efficiency is 88%. Line regulation is ±0.5% and load regulation is ±1%. The converter includes protections: short circuit, over current (hiccup, auto recovery), and over voltage (clamped by TVS). Isolation voltage is 3000 Vac input to output, 1500 Vac input to ground, and 1500 Vac output to ground.
