The Vishay Dale VO2611 is a single-channel, 10 MBd high-speed optocoupler designed for reliable signal isolation. It utilizes a high-efficiency input LED coupled to a high-speed integrated photo-detector logic gate with a strobable output, featuring an open drain output.
Key electrical specifications include a 10MBd data rate, 5300Vrms isolation voltage, and a minimum common mode transient immunity of 15kV/µs. The device operates with a supply voltage up to 7V and an input forward current of 20mA, with an output current capability of 50mA.
