The VLR-02V is a 2-position receptacle housing from the VL series by JST Manufacturing. It features a 6.20mm pitch and is designed for wire-to-wire and wire-to-board connections. The housing uses crimp-style contacts with male pin contacts and includes a latch holder fastening mechanism for secure mating.
Electrical ratings include 20A current (with AWG #20 wire, 2 circuits) and 600V AC/DC voltage. Contact resistance is 7mΩ initially and 10mΩ after environmental testing. Insulation resistance is 1000MΩ minimum, and withstanding voltage is 2000VAC for 1 minute.
The housing accepts wire sizes from AWG #22 to #12 (0.3 to 3.5 mm²) and can be panel mounted on panels with thickness 0.5 to 2.0mm. Operating temperature range is -25°C to 90°C. The housing is white in color and free hanging (in-line) mountable.
