The Vishay Dale VLMRGB6112-00-GS08 is a high brightness tricolor LED utilizing AlInGaP and InGaN chip technologies. It is housed in a popular 3528 SMD package with a white reflector and a lambertian emission characteristic.
This RGB LED features independent control of each chip, allowing for a wide color space through additive color mixing. It operates with a forward current of 20mA and offers forward voltages ranging from 1.8V to 3.6V depending on the color (Red, Green, or Blue).
