The VJ248M is a single phase bridge rectifier manufactured by Microsemi Corporation. It is designed for converting alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC) in power supply applications. The device features a peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 200V and an average rectified current (Io) of 10A, making it suitable for medium-power rectification needs.
The rectifier utilizes standard technology with glass passivated die for reliability.
