The VJ2220Y103KBEAT4X is a surface mount multilayer ceramic chip capacitor (MLCC) from Vishay Vitramon's VJ Open Mode Design series. It offers a capacitance of 10000 pF with a voltage rating of 500V DC. The X7R dielectric provides a temperature coefficient of ±15% over -55°C to +125°C operating range. Tolerance is ±10%.
This capacitor features soft termination and is designed for flex-sensitive applications where board flexure could cause mechanical stress.
