The VJ0402Y332KXAAC is a surface mount multilayer ceramic chip capacitor from Vishay Vitramon's VJ Commercial Series. It offers a capacitance of 3300 pF with a tolerance of ±10% and a rated DC voltage of 50V. The X7R dielectric provides a temperature coefficient of capacitance of ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum dissipation factor of 2.5% at 1.0 VRMS and 1 kHz. Insulation resistance is at least 100,000 MΩ at +25°C and 10,000 MΩ at +125°C.
